<p>Are you interested in understanding how to financially plan and manage a company? Would you like to feel more confident in your own investment decisions?</p><p>This course provides you with broad knowledge of financial management with an emphasis on the company's relationship with all its stakeholders throughout different development stages, as well as valuable knowledge on how to take financial decisions as a private investor. During the course, you will learn how to use research and corporate finance theories as a foundation for decision-making and how to connect the more abstract theoretical concepts with practical, real-life examples.</p><p>More specifically, you will gain broad knowledge in the following areas:</p><ul><li>financial planning and control, including capital budgeting </li><li>theoretical and practical applications of the concepts of risk and return for different types of investments </li><li>corporate financial decisions, such as capital structure and dividend policy </li><li>capital needs and access to capital in different company phases, including the possibilities to efficiently manage the cost of capital </li><li>valuation models for projects and different financial instruments </li><li>financial instruments and the use of them in different situations.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
