This bachelor-level course blends theory and practice to help you understand organisational change and the principles of effective leadership across a variety of professional settings.</p><p>In this course, you will work towards building the knowledge and confidence needed to act as both an effective leader and a collaborative team member. You will explore how organisations can be understood and managed from multiple perspectives, with particular emphasis on leadership and change management - key skills whether you pursue a specialist role or a formal managerial position.</p>
