<p>This bachelor-level course blends theory and practice to help you understand organisational culture and control across a variety of professional settings.</p><p>In this course, you will build the knowledge needed to analyse how organisations create culture and use various forms of control to guide performance. You will explore how organisations can be understood and managed from multiple perspectives, with particular emphasis on values, norms, structures and governance - insights that are key whether you pursue a specialist role or a formal managerial position.</p>
