Overview
Innovation is when a new idea, technology, product or organizational design is taken from concept to implementation, either in business or in the community. Innovation must achieve acceptance and create value for diverse stakeholders and can often be related to new business models and new ways of doing business. The focus of this course is on exploring the dynamics of innovation to become a successful product or service, and the business model's role in this process. The primary content of this course is to review the literature in the field of business model innovation as well as to apply different business model approaches to different cases.
