Overview
I kursen som innefattar verksamhetsförlagd utbildning ska studenten tillämpa teoretisk kunskap i det praktiska arbetet med äldre personer i behov av vård. I detta ingår bedömning av hälsoproblematik, risker och omvårdnadsbehov samt att planera och vidta adekvata omvårdnadsåtgärder utifrån ett personcentrerat förhållningssätt. Under kursen planerar den studerande för åtgärder och förbättringsarbete utifrån aktuella kvalitetsregister.
