Overview
Kursen behandlar barns och ungas rättigheter ur olika perspektiv.<br> Barnrättsregelverk, såsom FNs Barnkonvention och Salamancadeklarationen, behandlas och diskuteras, utifrån såväl ett nationellt som globalt perspektiv. Vidare behandlar kursen hur barns och ungdomars rätt och inflytande kan påverka barns och ungas livsvillkor och handlingsutrymme. En bärande idé är att studenten genom uppgifter, med utgångspunkt i både litteraturen och praxis ska skaffa sig kunskap om barns och ungdomars rätt och inflytande i vardagen och i utsatta livssituationer. <br> Undervisning genomförs via inspelade föreläsningar och dessa läggs ut enligt schema och kan sedan ses när som helst under hela kursen.<br> Undervisningsspråk är svenska, men inslag av engelska kan förekomma.

BA/BSc in education or nursing, 180 credits, or Bachelor’s degree, 180 credits with a major in social work and social pedagogy, psychology, pedagogics, sociology, culture studies or public health or the equivalent, and the equivalent of English studies at the upper secondary (high school) level in Sweden, called English 6 and Swedish 3.
