Overview
Att kommunicera och samtala ingår i de flesta professionella arbeten. Men, vad gör vi egentligen när vi kommunicerar? På vilka sätt kan kommunikation och samtal hjälpa oss att förstå och fungera i olika verksamheter? Dessa och liknande frågor kommer du att få lära dig mer om i den här kursen. Fokus är mellanmänsklig kommunikation och professionella samtal på arbetsplatser. Det kan exempelvis handla om kollegiala samtal, ett medarbetarsamtal eller ett samtal med en klient/patient. De teoretiska utgångspunkterna tas i kommunikationsteori, både verbala och icke verbala aspekter av kommunikation kommer att belysas. Önskar du grundläggande samtalsredskap för att kunna fungera som samtalsledare i arbetet är det också en anledning att söka den här kursen.
