Overview
Kursen behandlar konceptutvecklingsprocesser utifrån designteoretiska utgångspunkter. Omvärldsanalys, idégenerering och konceptutveckling för medieprojekt studeras. I mediekonceptets utveckling ingår det även att planera, budgetera och behandla avtalsfrågor. Kursen berör även aktuella marknadsvillkor för medieproduktioner i relation till olika samhällssektorer. Under kursen utvecklas ett mediekoncept utifrån en idé, på studentens initiativ, fram till ett konceptförslag. Konceptutvecklingsprocessen beskrivs och problematiseras i relation till etablerade professionella yrkesroller. Idéer och koncept presenteras genom s.k. “pitch“ inför en tänkt kund eller samarbetspartner.
