Overview
Kursen är en introduktion till forskningsfältet konfliktarkeologi som innefattar arkeologiska perspektiv på hur väpnade konflikter har påverkat människa, landskap och materiell kultur. Den består av ett antal tematiska fördjupningar på detta tema och en orientering i fältets teorier, metoder och material. Fokus är på hur arkeologiska perspektiv bidrar till ny kunskap och förståelse av krig, konflikter och deras efterspel. Här behandlas även etiska och genusrelaterade aspekter. Kursen består av två delkurser som behandlar dels konflikter under förhistorisk tid, dels under det närliggande förflutna.
