Overview
Kursen bygger vidare på den grund som lades i Konfliktlösning: Konfliktkunskap och Dialog förhandling och medling. Denna kurs har fokus på konflikter i grupper och organisationer, och behandlar det konfliktförebyggande arbetet, alltså organisationens förmåga att hantera konflikter i ett tidigt skede via konflikthanteringssystem, och det dynamiska samspelet mellan konflikter och utveckling i arbetsgrupper. Kursen erbjuder träning praktisk konflikthantering.
