Overview
The course covers the concepts of biological diversity, anthropogenic mass extinction, and sustainable solutions to the biodiversity crisis. Current case studies from conservation science are used to help students learn to search for and assess scientific literature, discuss problems and solutions, and report their findings. Students will research current topics of their choice, and present their results orally and in writing, in individual and group projects.
