Kursen behandlar: • grundläggande begrepp och perspektiv inom krisinformatik • aktörer och informationsflöden före, under och efter kriser i samhälle, organisationer och frivillignätverk • exempel på digitala system och plattformar som används i krisledningscentraler samt av allmänhet och frivilligorganisationer • samarbete och kommunikation i krissituationer, med koppling till områden som datorstöd för samarbete (CSCW) och människa–datorinteraktion (HCI) • metoder för att analysera styrkor och svagheter i digitalt stöd för krishantering • översiktlig konceptuell design av förbättrade eller nya digitala systemstöd för krishantering, med utgångspunkt i berörda aktörers behov
