<p>This is what I'm learning The purpose of this course is to study the relationship between culture, business and management by analysing different companies' culture. Another purpose is to highlight issues and challenges regarding ethics, gender and sustainability in the subject area of cross-cultural management and provide possible solutions to these issues and challenges. </p><p>This is what we do During the course, lectures are published via a communication platform. There will also be various discussion forums, where students will have discussions on a particular topic each week. The practical application aims to create opportunities for the student to further develop his / her ability regarding: oral and written presentations; information search, critical review of information, literature and other material. </p><p>These are my benefits The knowledge and skills you gain from this course will help you in your future studies in management. In a future profession within the field of business you will be able to use and apply tools from the course in order to understand, present and analyse different cultural situations that can occur in a business situation. </p>
