<p>Den här kursen ger dig som yrkesverksam designer möjlighet att både teoretiskt och praktiskt fördjupa din förståelse av AI i tjänster, och hur denna förståelse kan omsättas i strategier, lösningar och förstärkta tjänsteupplevelser. I kursen lär du dig att koppla användarupplevelse till specifika metoder och verktyg för design i AI-baserade tjänster, hur du kan skapa värde på ett etiskt och hållbart sätt samt utveckla lösningar som kan ingå i en designportfolio. Det är en fördel, men inget krav, att ha tillgång till egen designpraktik under kursens gång.</p>

180 ECTS credits completed, of which 90 ECTS credits within a subject area, including a 15‑ECTS independent project and 6 ECTS credits completed at basic level in Human–Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, UX Design, or Service Design English and Swedish corresponding to the level of English and Swedish in Swedish upper secondary education (Engelska 6 and Svenska 3)
