Overview
Unique to the digital economy is that it is based on the value of time. Time cannot be stored, bottled or preserved. The course therefore teaches you how to avoid queues, project delays and time problems in agile projects. The main focus is on calculations of digital services, pricing issues, market strategic decisions regarding the digital service's switching costs, locked in effect and time leakage. The course uses simulation models of profit, productivity, costs and price calculations. The course's research area has been awarded.
