Overview
Kursens fokusera på teori i form av föreläsningar och litteratur och ger färdigheter i form av exempelvis datorövningar inom området skoglig fjärranalys och skoglig inventering. En viktig del är hur olika datakällor integreras för att användas i olika skogliga tillämpningar. Kursen innehåll innefattar såväl det enskilda företagets behov av att skatta tillstånd och förändringar med hjälp av fjärranalys i skogen som hur fjärranalys används för global uppföljning och övervakning. Kursen ger även kunskaper och färdigheter att självständigt designa och genomföra en avancerad skoglig inventering med tillhörande analys för företag verksamma inom det svenska skogsbruket.

General entry requirements for second-cycle studies and specific entry requirements: 4TS022 Forest Ecosystem Services or 4TS016 Silviculture or equivalent English 6 The English language requirement is considered fulfilled for those who have a bachelor's degree of 180 credits from a Swedish institution or 120 credits of completed studies at Linnaeus University (LNU). English requirements can also be met through other specified means, as outlined on antagning.se or universityadmissions.se.
