<p>Kursen ger en fördjupning inom området kognition, kommunikation och funktionshinder utifrån aktuell forskning. Kursen belyser typisk och atypisk neurologisk, kognitiv och språklig utveckling. De grundläggande begrepp och teorier som belyses under kursen tillämpas på olika patientgrupper (exempelvis cerebral pares, autism, intellektuell funktionsnedsättning). Kliniska tillämpningar i form av diskussioner utifrån patientfall är en viktig del av kursen.</p>
