Denna kurs fokuserar på chefs- och ledarskapets betydelse inom socialt arbete vid fredstida kriser och krig och studier om ledarskapets villkor samt förutsättningar för administrativ och organisatorisk beredskap inom det sociala arbetets olika verksamhetsområden. Kursen belyser ledarskapets roll i samverkan med andra aktörer under hela katastrofhanteringscykeln med utgångspunkt i individ-, grupp- och samhällsnivå. Du skaffar dig kunskap om prioriteringar och principer som påverkar förutsättningar att erbjuda stöd, service, omsorg och vård som är nödvändig för liv och hälsa i samband med katastroftillstånd inom det sociala arbetet. Kursen behandlar också juridiska och etiska aspekter som påverkar chefs- och ledarskapet samt det sociala arbetets resiliens utifrån ett totalförsvars-, Nato- och EU-perspektiv.
