The course deals with how digital technology has transformed society, government processes, and service delivery. The course covers the fundamental concepts of e society, e governance, and digital services. During the course, students analyse different e governance models, evaluate technology, and critically assess different digital services regarding design and usability. Furthermore, students explore strategies for social integration, accessibility, and the legal and ethical implications of e government and apply relevant technology in practical scenarios. Students also evaluate emerging technologies, conduct a literature review, and apply the insight they gain from these to a project.
