Kursen vänder sig till den som är intresserad av lärandeprocesser och pedagogiska frågor utifrån ett samhällsperspektiv. Kursen syftar till att utveckla förståelse för de olika former av lärande som äger rum inom organisationer, i och efter arbetslivet samt villkoren för detta lärande. Frågor som behandlas är exempelvis förutsättningar för organisationsutveckling och hur individen ges möjlighet till kompetensutveckling inom ramarna för sin yrkesgärning. <br> Kursen erbjuds som ren distanskurs eller med placering via lokal studieort vid respektive lärcenter.
