Overview
I kursen behandlas pedagogisk forskning och teorier om ledarskap och verksamhetsutveckling. Dessutom innehåller den empiriska exempel från studier om ledarskap och utveckling av pedagogiska verksamheter. I kursen ingår författandet av ett paper om ledarskap och skolutveckling. Papret ska diskutera, problematisera och fördjupa studentens förståelse av centrala vetenskapliga begrepp i förhållande till ett "fall" som hämtas från studentens erfarenheter. Innehållet i papret ska även redovisas i form av en möjlig framtida studie.

A completed degree of at least 180 credits including an independent project of 15 credits in Education or a corresponding main field of study, or a completed teacher education degree of at least 180 credits including an independent project of 15 credits. Additionally, proficiency in Swedish and English equivalent to general entry requirements for higher education in Sweden at first-cycle level is required.
