Deltagarna får kunskaper om ledarskapsfrågor och skolutveckling, innefattande effektivt ledarskap, olika typer av ledarskap och utvärderingskrav i organisationer. Mer specifikt får deltagarna en breddad kunskap om och förståelse av praktiska och teoretiska begrepp relaterat till organisation och ledarskap.
