Overview
Kursen vänder sig till den som vill fördjupa sina kunskaper om brottsutredning, olika typer av bevisning och bevisvärdering. Kursens övergripande mål är att studenten efter genomgången kurs ska ha ökade kunskaper i vad som utgör en effektiv och rättssäker brottsutredning. Studenten ska också kunna bedöma bevisläget i en brottsutredning och utifrån detta även behovet av utredningsåtgärder i syfte att uppnå en utredning som uppfyller utredningskravet och beviskravet. Därför fokuserar kursen särskilt på bevisning och bevisvärdering. Kursen innehåller även en fördjupning i straffrätt och brottsutredningens juridik. Under hela kursen utvecklar studenten sin kunskap om hur relevant lagstiftning och polisiära utredningsmetoder tillämpas i praktiken.
