Vill du arbeta med el, automation och smarta lösningar inom sjöfart och industri? Den här utbildningen ger dig efterfrågad kompetens och leder till jobb där teknik, ansvar och utveckling står i fokus. Utbildningen Elingenjör – fartyg och automation är en tvåårig YH-utbildning som ger dig praktisk och relevant kompetens inom el, automation och tekniska system för fartyg och industri. Du lär dig att arbeta med installation, drift och felsökning av avancerade elsystem samt styr- och övervakningssystem, med fokus på energieffektiva och digitala lösningar. Utbildningen ges på distans med vissa platsträffar och innehåller två längre praktikperioder (LIA) ute i arbetslivet. Efter examen är du väl förberedd för arbete som elingenjör, automationsingenjör eller tekniker inom sjöfart, varv och industri. Utbildningen är framtagen i nära samverkan med branschen och förbereder dig för arbete i tekniskt komplexa och säkerhetskritiska miljöer.

Entry requirements
Du är behörig att antas till en yrkeshögskoleutbildning om du uppfyller något av följande: 1. Har en gymnasieexamen från gymnasieskolan eller kommunal vuxenutbildning. 2. Har en svensk eller utländsk utbildning som motsvarar kraven i punkt 1. 3. Är bosatt i Danmark, Finland, Island eller Norge och där är behörig till motsvarande utbildning. 4. Genom svensk eller utländsk utbildning, praktisk erfarenhet eller på grund av någon annan omständighet har förutsättningar att tillgodogöra dig utbildningen. Förutom detta ställs följande krav: Förkunskapskurser: • Fysik 1: 150 poäng • Matematik 2: 100 poäng • Ellära 1: 100 poäng • Energiteknik 1: 100 poäng • Praktisk ellära: 100 poäng
