Overview
This course is for oboists who want to develop their English horn playing. This course gives you the opportunity to grow artistically, both as a soloist and in ensemble work. You will get the opportunity to gain advanced knowledge in tone production, articulation, timbre, and finger technique. The course is aimed at professional musicians, music teachers, and students at music academies. Through both individual practice and collaborative work, you will explore solo repertoire as well as orchestral studies. Teaching includes group lessons and individual practice sessions. The focus is on strengthening your artistic expression and expanding your understanding of the English horn’s role in orchestral music.
