Overview
The course focuses on enterprise systems and their role in organisations. Two main issues covered in the course concern implementation processes and the effects of using enterprise systems, for which models of analysis are important analytical tools. Throughout the course, students complete individual written assignments. Students are also required to complete a written assignment in groups, consisting of an academic project report. The project, which is a core course component, is academic and recommendation-oriented. It involves an empirical study of the implementation or use of enterprise systems from a relational perspective.
