Overview
Syftet med kursen är att genom litteraturstudier kombinerat med fältarbete anlägga olika perspektiv på svenskt musikliv utifrån musiketnologisk teori och metod. I kursen diskuteras tidigare forskning om svenskt musikliv baserat på fältstudier och teoretiska och metodologiska aspekter av fältarbeten. Studenten genomför också ett mindre fältarbete inom fältet svenskt musikliv i vilket hen i praktiken får testa teoretiska och metodologiska perspektiv. Kursen kan ingå i en examen i musikvetenskap på avancerad nivå.

1-90 credits in musicology including an independent degree project of 15 credits on G2E-level, or equivalent. You also need Swedish 3 and English 6 or Swedish, level 3 and English, level 2.
