Overview
The aim of the course is to provide a deeper and broader knowledge in the area of intellectual property law, including trademark law, copyright law, design law and patent law. Intellectual property rights are dealt with in an international context, with special focus on European intellectual property law and its relationship to national legislation. The relation to neighbouring areas, such as competition law and private international law, will also be dealt with.
