Overview
I kursen studeras olika modeller för och teorier om utvärdering och skolutveckling som kan användas i grundskolans årskurs 7-9 och gymnasieskolan. Kursen behandlar arbets- respektive utvecklingsorganisationens kompletterande organisatoriska perspektiv på skolutveckling, Learning study som en modell för kollegial undervisnings- och skolutveckling, aktionsforskning samt bedömning för lärande. I kursen behandlas vidare hur lärare och skolledare kan förhålla sig till hur verksamheten kan utvärderas och systematiskt utvecklas, från enskilda didaktiska moment till utbildningssystemet lokalt, nationellt och internationellt.
