Overview
Kursen går igenom hur uppföljning och utvärdering kan ligga till grund för kvalitets- och verksamhetsutveckling i det sociala arbetets praktik. Utvärdering och uppföljning diskuteras i ett nationellt, regionalt och lokalt sammanhang där även etiska, juridiska, ekonomiska och kvalitetsmässiga aspekter behandlas. Under kursen behandlas även användning av digitala verktyg vid uppföljning och utvärdering. Ett centralt inslag är en genomgång av olika teoretiska perspektiv och modeller för genomförande av uppföljning och utvärdering av socialt arbete. Bl.a. avhandlas skillnader mellan uppföljning och utvärdering på individ-, grupp- och samhällsnivå. Under kursen problematiseras intressent- och nyttoperspektiv i uppföljning och utvärdering, tillika diskuteras potentiella bieffekter. Dessutom behandlas hur kunskaper från uppföljning och utvärdering kan värderas, implementeras och användas i praktiken.
