Kursen ger en introduktion till existentiell hälsa i bred mening, genom att livsfrågor, meningsskapande och spiritualitet tas upp och diskuteras. Du kommer också att få ta del av och reflektera över undersökningar om livsåskådning, andlighet och resiliens kopplat till existentiellt välbefinnande. Kursen ger dig därutöver teoretiska och metodiska verktyg för att kunna arbeta med existentiell hälsa i skilda sammanhang, som exempelvis skola, vård och omsorg samt religiösa samfund. **Distanskursens upplägg:** Distanskursen är nätbaserad och genomförs i en lärplattform. Kursen kräver aktivt och regelbundet deltagande i seminarier och examination. Dator med internetuppkoppling är en förutsättning för att kunna följa kursen.
