Overview
**What food and meals will be needed for a sustainable society?** By using product development, sensory analysis, and creative methods, students in this course will develop conceptual proposals for products and experiences related to food and meals. The focus is on sustainability from both local and global perspectives. The course is aimed at students from diverse backgrounds who have an interest in food. It combines analytical and creative approaches, with lectures interwoven with workshops, practical implementations, and visualizations. During the course, a product is developed collaboratively, often in partnership with a company or organization. The goal is to strengthen students’ abilities in teamwork, sensory evaluation, and product development.
