Overview
<p>Carry out your own research project in gender studies and finish with a master’s thesis. The course gives you the freedom to explore questions that matter to you while building skills that open doors to research careers and advanced opportunities.</p><p>This is an advanced level course where you will write your master’s thesis in gender studies. You will design and carry out an independent research project, exploring a topic of your choice within the field. The course helps you to develop the skills needed to explore complex questions, apply suitable research methods, and communicate findings clearly and persuasively. </p><p>The course is offered in both Swedish and English and can be taken as a stand-alone course. </p>

Entry requirements
kandidatexamen i genusvetenskap eller motsvarande. Därutöver krävs minst 30 högskolepoäng ämnesstudier i genusvetenskap eller motsvarande, minst 15 högskolepoäng samhällsvetenskaplig metod, minst 7,5 hp vetenskapsteori samt ytterligare minst 7,5 hp samhällsvetenskaplig metod eller vetenskapsteori, eller motsvarande. Samtliga av dessa kurser ska vara på avancerad nivå.
