I den här kursen fördjupar du dig i varför det kan vara en utmaning att tillhandahålla optimal nutrition i olika verksamheter för äldre personer. Både fysiologiska och patofysiologiska åldersförändringar som påverkar nutritionen behandlas. Kursen bygger på den senaste forskningen kring äldres näringsbehov och du får själv producera en handlingsplan för ett förbättrat nutritionsomhändertagande inom en egen vald verksamhet.
