Overview
<p>The course deals with hydrological modelling in a spatial context. Overall goals are to theoretically and practically give the students knowledge about possibilities and problems related to digital geographical data in hydrological modelling, spatially and temporally.</p><p>Concepts of modelling and especially distributed hydrological modelling and hands-on work with models is the core of this course. Students will work with assignments regarding data collection, data handling, initiation, calibration and validation of models. The spatial component is stressed and model result is evaluated against non-spatial models.</p>

Entry requirements
Entry to the course requires general entry requirements, English B/6 and 90 credits scientific studies, including 30 credits in GIS. Equivalent knowledge acquired in a different way, also gives admission to the course.
