<p>Human rights are a cornerstone of global health and the "right to health" has become a central concept in the practical work on global health. This course offers an in-depth study of the work with global health and includes elements of ethics, philosophy, social medicine and sustainable development.</p><p>In this course, you will explore the interrelationship between global health and human rights. Health is a prerequisite for the enjoyment of rights, and the enjoyment of rights is a prerequisite for good health. The course goes through both historical perspectives, current issues and practical examples from research and practice in the field. </p><p>The course structure is designed to promote independent work, critical reflection and discussion in an online environment. </p><p> </p>
