Overview
The focus of the course is development of the global society, social structures, economic patterns and international migration. It discusses conflicts and tensions related to increasing globalization. The development of poverty and other indicators of social dysfunction are analysed. Different levels of society concerning various types of social actions are considered. The course also discusses how increased global interaction leads to new global patterns of social problems.
