Overview
Kursen behandlar grundläggande begrepp och metoder inom koncernredovisning och revision. Kursen utgörs av tre huvudteman: koncernredovisning, koncernredovisning ur ett analysperspektiv och revision. Koncernredovisningstemat utgörs av en genomgång av gällande lagregler, normer, praxis samt generella principer inom koncernredovisningsområdet. Genomgången syftar till att skapa förståelse för koncernredovisningens motiv och syfte samt skillnaden mellan juridiska personers och koncerners räkenskaper. I nästa tema diskuteras hur ett koncernbokslut kan analyseras finansiellt och vilka fallgropar som finns. Slutligen diskuteras revision ur olika perspektiv.
