Overview
Kursens övergripande syfte är att ge fördjupad kompetens inom HBTQ + området, där olika sexuella identiteter och frågor som rör sexualitet och relationsbildning tas upp. Kunskap kring könsdysfori och könsbekräftande behandling ingår. Kursen behandlar också sexualitet och sexuella identiteter i relation till olika åldersgrupper och i relation till funktionsvariationer. Ett annat centralt syfte är att ge fördjupad kunskap om sexualitet, sexuella problem och parafilier. Särskild vikt läggs vid bemötande, bedömning och behandling av sexuella problem utifrån ett KBT-perspektiv och normkritiskt perspektiv. Sexuell hälsa, sexuella problem och HBTQ+ frågor diskuteras både ur ett samhällsperspektiv och ett individperspektiv, där kulturella normer, hederskontexter samt sexualitetens koppling till identitet ingår.
