Overview
Adolescensperioden är en turbulent period i en människas livscykel. Inom hälso-och sjukvård tenderar omvårdnad och bemötande av ungdomar att hamna i skymundan. Kursen vänder sig till dig, specialistsjuksköterska, som i ditt dagliga arbete möter ungdomar. Den innefattar de specifika omvårdnadsaspekter som är aktuella under adolescensperioden. Kursen utgår från ett hälso- och ohälsoperspektiv i ett nationellt och globalt perspektiv. Du kommer kunna fördjupa dina kunskaper inom ungdomsmedicin och ungdomshälsa, exempelvis om ungdomars livsstil, sexualitet, sociala och kulturella faktorer samt om sociala mediers påverkan.

Entry requirements
Minst 120 högskolepoäng inom vilka det ska ingå en specialistsjuksköterskeexamen med inriktning mot hälso- och sjukvård för barn och ungdomar eller distriktssköterska eller en barnmorskeexamen. Alternativt en specialistsjuksköterskeexamen med annan inriktning samt två års dokumenterad yrkeserfarenhet från arbete med barn och unga. Dessutom krävs Svenska B/Svenska 3 och Engelska A/Engelska 6 med lägst betyget godkänd/E.
