<p>Under kursen behandlas teorier, begrepp, strategier och metoder som är centrala för att förstå och diskutera hälsokommunikation inom ämnet folkhälsovetenskap. Hälsokommunikation relateras också till digitalisering och dess betydelse för möjligheten att kommunicera hälsobudskap i det digitala samhället. Studenterna ska tillämpa dessa kunskaper genom att själva utveckla förslag på en målgruppsanpassad hälsokommunikationsinsats med relevans i det digitala samhället. Hälsokommunikationsinsatsen presenteras skriftligt samt muntligt på ett seminarierum där den också diskuteras i relation till teori, etik och vetenskaplighet. Granskning och diskussion av hälsobudskap i media ingår också i kursen.<br></p>
