Human-AI Interaction

The course provides an insight into challenges and opportunities that arise from design and deployment of digital systems which in different ways make use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The starting point is classic usability research (User Experience, UX) which then is extended with evaluation guidelines specifically made for AI-based interactive systems (user-centered AI). After taking the course, the students will be able to critically assess existing interactive AI solutions within companies and organisations, as well as make informed decisions on how and where AI support could be introduced in existing workflows and processes.<br> <br> **Industry and academy**<br> This course has been developed in collaboration with industry partners within the framework of one of our educational projects. The project aims to provide courses at the advanced level to a mix of professionals and students to strengthen the Swedish industry's competitiveness. We apply validation of work experience to see if you have knowledge that corresponds to the eligibility requirements for the course.
