<p>Human Resource Managementområdet har under de senaste decennierna inneburit förändring och utveckling av det praktiska yrkesområdet liksom HRM forskningen - både nationellt och internationellt. Kursen diskuterar och bidrar till analys av de förändringar av området och roller som skett liksom vad detta får för konsekvenser, både i den organisatoriska och praktiska kontexten liksom inom det teoretiska HRM-området. Kursen avser också att problematisera HRM-arbetets betydelse för organisatorisk livskraftighet. Kursen innebär hög grad av självständiga studier och analyser liksom fördjupningar inom HRM-området.</p>
