Overview
In information security management it is crucial to be able to deal with complex issues, by applying appropriate knowledge to and skills to tackle practical problems in a wide variety of application areas. This course poses the students with practical problems in an organization, where students will have to apply knowledge and skills acquired in previous courses in the program, as well as finding other appropriate knowledge, and applying this. Students will based on this plan a project to solve the problem, act on this plan and then evaluate their works. The course is based on group work in relation to external partners.

Entry requirements
Informatics, Basic Course 30 Credits, 30 Credits at intermediate course level within Informatics and successful completion of at least 15 Credits at advanced course level within Informatics. Alternatively Business Administration, Basic Course, 30 Credits, Business Administration, Intermediate Course, 30 Credits and successful completion of at least 15 Credits at advanced course level within Business Administration. Alternatively 30 Credits within G1N in Computer Science and 45 Credits within G1F in Computer Science. The applicant must also have qualifications corresponding to the course "English 6" or "English level 2" from the Swedish Upper Secondary School.
