Overview
Att skapa nya företag, fånga nya marknader, förbättra organisationens effektivitet sker genom innovation, omvandling av processer - eller båda. Ny teknik, processer, konkurrens och globalisering tvingar entreprenörer och befintliga företag att främja innovation och flexibilitet. Denna kurs behandlar grunderna i innovation med utgångspunkt från två perspektiv. Det första perspektivet behandlar de olika rollerna inom innovationsprocessen, där vi har uppfinnare, innovatörer och entreprenörer. Det andra perspektivet behandlar områdena inom innovation, som t.ex. social innovation, teknisk innovation, organisations innovation. Vi kommer att titta på skillnaderna mellan dessa men även andra faktorer som kan både främja, försvåra eller hindra den innovativa processen.
