Overview
Kursen syftar till att studenten ska utveckla beredskap att som arbetsterapeut bedriva utvecklingsarbeten, utveckla innovationer och anpassa sin verksamhet till förändringar i samhället och omvärlden. Under kursen studeras olika teorier, metoder och arbetssätt förknippade med utvecklingsarbete, förändringsarbete, innovation och hållbar utveckling. Vidare studeras hur dessa perspektiv kan integreras med arbetsterapeutisk kunskap för att möjliggöra utveckling såväl som komplex problemlösning på grupp-, organisations- och samhällsnivå.
