Overview
A focus on the user is essential in order to create successful and usable IT systems and services. The course introduces the basics of usability and interaction. Through a user-centered perspective graphical user interfaces are developed in the form of prototypes that are evaluated together with users. After completing the course the students should have good insight about how interaction design can be used in development processes, in order to create a more usable product.
