Overview
Kursen syftar till fördjupad kunskap om den internationella arbetsrätten. I kursen anläggs ett globaliserings- och aktörsperspektiv på arbetsrätten där EU:s regelverk på området, ILO:s kärnkonventioner samt de bestämmelser i Europakonventionen och dess tilläggsprotokoll som är av särskild betydelse för förhållande på arbetsmarknaden står i centrum för studierna. Kursen syftar särskilt till att ge fördjupad kunskap om hur dessa regelverk påverkar den svenska arbetsmarknadsmodellen samt till en fördjupad kunskap om samspelet mellan globala, regionala och nationella aktörer på arbetsrättens område.
