Overview
Understanding international tax law is becoming increasingly important in a world where people, companies, and capital move across borders. In this course, you will have the chance to dive into an exciting and central subject that is highly valued in the job market. The teaching is delivered in English by some of the best lecturers in Europe, giving you both a strong academic foundation and a close connection to real-world issues. We cover the core aspects of international tax law and also provide a special focus on mergers & acquisitions – an area that is particularly relevant for future work in business law and international advisory services. 165 credits at the first level in law in a Law programme, including 15 credits private law, 6 credits company and tax law and 5 credits EU law. Additional requirement: English Course 6/English level 2.
