Utländsk kandidatexamen, alternativt en avslutad 2-årig eftergymnasial utbildning, med inriktning mot biomedicinsk laboratorievetenskap eller motsvarande. Tidigare utbildning ska, förutom biomedicinsk laboratorievetenskap, inkludera anatomi, fysiologi, kemi och biokemi motsvarande minst 40 hp tillsammans.Dessutom krävs språkkunskaper motsvarande Svenska 3/Svenska B och Engelska 6/Engelska B.
